After our initial consultation and content evaluation, you’ll be able to initiate updates to your website as easily as informing your own staff. Forward the same email you sent to staff with the new class schedule attached. Text a photo of the weekly specials board before the ink is even dry. We’ll get it ready for the public and publish it with your approval.

Just in time
With our basic plan, you’ll only pay for update services when you use them. The sign-up fee covers an intake call and a thorough evaluation of your existing site content with actionable ideas for improvements.
We’ll also review any existing brand and site update guidelines you provide us. We’ll agree on the format requirements for updates in advance, as well as base rates for future updates.
We’ll provide a quote for each update when you send a request, but you’ll save time and money because we already know your style.

Ongoing
Our Ongoing subscription plan includes the intake call, content evaluation, style review, and format pre-approval from the Just in Time plan.
We’ll also conduct a competitor analysis of up to 3 websites that you choose, so you know how your content stacks up against your peers.
Any updates you request will go straight to the top of the queue. Each month, you’ll also receive a check-in email encouraging you to submit any updates that may have slipped your mind, along with customized suggestions to elevate your site content.

Premium
Our Premium service is perfect if you have a content-heavy site and long-term goals for maximizing the effectiveness of that content as part of your business plan.
In addition to the services from our Ongoing subscription plan, we’ll help substantiate your goals with a content vision workshop, where you’ll envision your content future along with up to 5 of your colleagues.
Each month, we’ll provide site analytics reports in your check-in emails, and we’ll conduct a content audit each year you use our Premium service.
